Oracle Capital Partners, LLC (“OCP”) is a Detroit-based private equity firm focused on emerging domestic market firms. Our mission is to assist business enterprises with strong growth potential by providing investment capital and strategic business advice.

OCP’s investment team has over 30 years of private equity, corporate finance, general business and operations experience. OCP also draws upon the expertise of its professional network to assist in the growth and success of its portfolio companies.

Currently, OCP invests in companies with Michigan operations where minorities have significant ownership stakes and are active participants in management. Preferred sectors include manufacturing, commercial services, consumer products, and healthcare services.

Investment criteria of potential investments include: an experienced management team that will retain a significant post-transaction equity stake; demonstration of a sustainable competitive advantage; identifiable growth opportunities; and attractive industry fundamentals.
